Throughout his tenure in the industry, Mr. Kindred has been a leading expert in pre-loss prevention and policy and procedure creation to mitigate the potential for claims.
Mr. Patton acts as Chief Counsel for NBH and our Clients. Mr. Patton has specialized in contract law for the Architecture and Engineering sectors for the past 4 decades. Throughout his career, Mr. Patton has been pivotal in the identification, structure and closing of large scale and profitable deals as well as assisting clients in maneuvering the technical waters of the litigation landscape within our industry.
Ms. Watts acts as our Chief Operations Officer and is tasked with the day to day operations of Nobul House. Ms. Watts has demonstrated her abilities having been a key partner in her previous employment taking her company from a privately held company to the NYSE. Ms. Watts diverse experiences and knowledge brings a high level of function and control to our organization.
Mrs. Marshall comes to NBH with more than 25 years experience in the finance sector. Working as our Head of Accounting and Forensic Reviews, Mrs. Marshall specializes in Forensic Accounting. Previous to her employemnt with NBH, Mrs. Marshall worked for publicly traded companies reviewing and negotiating construction contracts, change orders and balance sheets on large scale projects. Her knowledge and specialty is put to practice at Nobul House reviewing our clients financial practices and health.
